Short Talks or Workshops
These compact sessions are suitable for introducing participants to the practice of mindfulness in a bite-sized, dynamic and experiential manner. Each topic can also be strung together to create a series of weekly/monthly programs that fit the participants’ learning schedule.

The Discover Mindfulness Series:
1. Relaxing into Calmness & Healthy Well-being
Stress may have been normalised in today’s society, but it can really ruin our body & mental well-being if not handled well. Equip yourself with tools to relax, take care of your well-being and let the stress disappear by itself.
2. Increasing Awareness to Escape Auto-Reactions
Much of our daily actions are habitual, done unconsciously - and repeatedly – even if we know they're not helpful to ourselves and others. Mindfulness creates space and the freedom to respond more intentionally.

Sometimes, we fall into self-sabotaging patterns due to past conditioning and experiences. Learn how to step out of this downward spiral and move into a more empowering one.

These workshops help participants understand mindfulness in more depth and build their skills & confidence to use mindfulness as a tool in daily work & life. Each session contains carefully designed activities & exercises to bring home the key messages experientially. Most of the topics from the short talks/workshops section can also be combined & expanded into full day(s) workshops.

This is the secret of building a great relationship with customers, colleagues and family members. Learn how to listen deeply & avoid the traps of perceptions to build a penetrating presence with anyone you meet.
3. The Mindful Leader Blueprint
Learn how to become a leader in your workplace, community or family that people naturally want to follow and work with. Learn key skills in leading from the heart, leading in the present moment and leading others to be the best version of themselves.
Retreats & Camps
Bridging Minds, Joining Hearts
Many parents yearn to have a closer bond and relationship with their children, especially when they are in the teenage years. At the same time, many teenagers yearn for freedom to explore themselves and express their identities during this period.

This 3-days transformative camp invites parents and teens to embark on a journey of inner transformation and mutual understanding. Both parents and teens alike will have the opportunity to re-connect through mindfulness, kindness and acceptance.

The camp is held annually (since 2016, except for 2020), usually during the start of the year end school holidays.
Coaching
Group coaching is one of the best ways to deepen & sustain the momentum of the mindfulness practice. These small group sessions are generally held on a weekly basis and this gives time for participants to really put in place the guidance given, uncover any challenges in implementation and get instructions specific to their situation in the next session.

1-to-1 coaching sessions are also available for those who want even more personalised guidance by one of our professional mindfulness facilitators.

Community Service
Mindful Mondays
Mindful Mondays is a community initiative providing free weekly mindfulness sessions. Each session starts with a 30-minute guided mindfulness session followed by Q&A on the practice of mindfulness in daily life. Mindful Mondays is suitable for people with no prior meditation experience as well as those who are seasoned practitioners. Happening (almost) every Monday night from 8.30pm to 9.30pm (GMT+8). A one-time registration is required.
