Loo Han is the co-founder and principal consultant trainer of Symphony Learning Solutions. He professionally facilitates leadership & mindfulness workshops for corporates, graduates & youths. He is known for creating solutions that are holistic in nature, practical to apply in daily life and delivers sustainable long-term value. He has worked with organisations of various backgrounds: local & international banks, Fortune 500s, Japanese companies, food manufacturers, government bodies, tech companies & non-profit organisations.

Ng Teng Yan

Teng Yan is a compassionate educator and mindfulness facilitator who enjoys facilitating self-discovery and mindfulness for adults, youths & children. She has served as a principal of a family education programme, conference speaker, and trainer for teachers, parents & professionals. She is trained in the Mindful Schools Curriculum to teach mindfulness. Grateful for her mindfulness journey of more than 10 years, she is dedicated to support people to connect with themselves and discover the joy of mindfulness.

Cindy Chew Mei Lien

BSc in Mathematics and Economics, London School of Economics, UK

Cindy Chew is currently the Director of Community Development at Thrive Well, in charge of bringing mental health programmes to communities in an accessible way. Graduating from London School of Economics with a BSc in Mathematics and Economics in 2010, Cindy spent seven years as an economist with the Central Bank of Malaysia before embarking on a new chapter of her life and career. A keen mindfulness facilitator and certified transformative coach, Cindy is passionate in creating a safe space for people across all walks of life to discover themselves and embrace their true potential. She regularly guides mindfulness sessions for youths and adults alike.

DANIEL KWOK

BComm (Advertising and Marketing), Curtin University, Australia
Daniel is a certified Montessori practitioner and Teacher Trainer and works as a Pre-school Guide at Acton Academy Kuala Lumpur. He has been actively organizing and participating in meditation retreats, and parent and teen transformational camps. He regularly guides and hosts mindfulness sessions.

Dhynna Lim

BSc Food Service and Technology, Management & Science University (MSU), Malaysia

Dhynna is an English language coach to Japanese students. She is the founder of Bravling, which aims to help students speak bravely as they are. Dhynna has been actively participating in meditation retreats, organising camps and running workshops particularly to help youths love themselves and live mindfully.
